Guru of all Gurus as he is called “Lord Dattatreya” incarnated on earth for welfare of mankind to take them in the spiritual path and also satisfy their materialistic needs.

His first incarnation was in 13 th century in Andhra state near Vishakapatnam in a village called Pithapur

1. SHREE PAADHA SHREE

He choosed a small island called Kuruvapur to meditate and did many divine leelas . This incarnation sowed seed for other Datta incarnation in future. He has mentioned about Sri Ragavendra swamy, Gajanan Maharaj , Sainath , Swami Samartha, Narasimha Saraswati etc

2. NARASIMHA SARASWATHI 

13th century incarnation – 2nd avatar of Dattatreya born as a child who could not speak for brahmin parents. Uttered sacred mantra on his 11th birthday and took sanyas. Born in Narasobwadi – Maharastra state, india and had his samadhi in Ganagapur. Even today we can have darshan of his Paadhukas and if we read Guru charitra with devotion , surely we will be blessed with his grace.The book Guru charitra with 53 chapters is wonderful life story of Saint Narasimha saraswati.

3. SWAMI SAMARTHA 

3rd avatar of Lord Dattatreya lived between 1856 to 1878 in Akalkot near solapur. Known to be more than 300 years old but was seen in akalkot only for 22 years. One of the most powerful incarnation of Dattatreya with numerous leelas.

4. SAIBABA OF SHIRDI

4th and the final avatar of lord Dattatreya . The most popular saint of all Datta incarnation. Came as a young lad of 16 years to shirdi village, disappeared and again came to shirdi with a marriage party and stayed in a old masjid for over 60 years untill his samadhi in 1918.

Shirdi Saibaba is the final incarnation of Dattatreya and .is a great “Samartha Sadguru

ಹಿಂದು- ಮುಸ್ಲಿಮ್ಎಂ ಬ ಧರ್ಮ ಭೇದವಿಲ್ಲದೇ ಪೂಜಿಸುವ ಅವತಾರ ಪುರುಷ ಸಾಯಿ ಬಾಬಾ. ಇವರ ಆತ್ಮಚರಿತ್ರೆಯು ವಿವಿಧ ಭಾಷೆಗಳಿಗೆ ತರ್ಜುಮೆಗೊಂಡಿದೆ.
19ನೇ ಶತಮಾನದಿಂದೂ ಪವಾಡಗಳಿಂದಲೇ ಮನೆ ಮಾತಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಬಾಬಾ. ಪ್ರಾಣಿ ಪಕ್ಷಿಗಳಿಗೂ ಕರುಣೆ ತೋರುತ್ತಿದ ಬಾಬಾ ಅವರ ನೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಕುದುರೆ ಹೆಸರು ಶ್ಯಾಂ ಸುಂದರ್.
16ನೇ ವರ್ಷವಿದ್ದಾಗಲೇ ಬಾಬಾ ಮಹಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರದ ಅಹ್ಮದ್ ನಗರದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಶಿರಡಿಗೆ ಬಂದು ನೆಲೆಸಿದರು. ಆಗಿನಿಂದಲೇ ಹಲವು ಪವಾಡಗಳಿಂದಲೇ ಜನಪ್ರಿಯರಾದರು.
ದಿನದ ಊಟಕ್ಕೆ ಸಾಯಿ ಬಾಬಾ ಮನೆ ಮನೆಗೂ ಭಿಕ್ಷೆ ಬೇಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ಆಗ ನೆರೆಹೊರೆಯವರು ತಾವು ತಿನ್ನುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಜುಂಕ್ ಭುಕಾರಿ (ಜೋಳದ ರೋಟಿ ) ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು.
ಬಾಬಾಗೆ ಮಕ್ಕಳೆಂದರೆ ಅಚ್ಚು- ಮೆಚ್ಚು. ಜಾತಿ ವರ್ಗ ನೋಡದೇ ಕಂಡ್ ಕಂಡ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ತಮ್ಮ ತೊಡೆ ಮೇಲೆ ಕೂರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಪ್ರೀತಿ ತೋರುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ಕೈಯಲ್ಲೊಂದು ಗುಲಾಬಿ ಹಿಡಿದು ಬಂದರೂ ಕೇಳಿದ್ದನ್ನು ಕೊಡುವ ದಯಾಳು ಈ ಬಾಬಾ.
ಒಬ್ಬ ಮಹಿಳೆ ಕಣ್ಣಿನ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಎದುರಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಯಾವ ವೈದ್ಯರ ಬಳಿ ಹೋದರೂ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಪತಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಬಾಬಾ ಗುಡಿಗೆ ತೆರಳಿ, ಸಮಾಧಿ ಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ಕಣ್ಣಿನ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಪರಿಹಾರವಾದರೆ ಶಾಲು ಒಪ್ಪಿಸುವುದಾಗಿಯೂ ಹರಕೆ ಹೊತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ಪೂಜಿಸಲು ಶುರು ಮಾಡಿದ ಕೆಲವೇ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಆಕೆ ಕಣ್ಣು ಸರಿ ಹೋಗಿತ್ತು. ಇಂಥ ಸಾವಿರಾರು ಪವಾಡ ಸದೃಶ ಕಥೆಗಳು ಬಾಬಾ ಭಕ್ತರ ಜೋಳಿಗೆಯಲ್ಲಿವೆ.

ಫಕೀರನಿಗೆ ' ಸಾಯಿ ' ಎಂಬ ಹೆಸರು 

ಕಳೆದು ಹೋದ ತನ್ನ ಕುದುರೆಯನ್ನು ಹುಡುಕಿಕೊಟ್ಟ ಆ ಫಕೀರನನ್ನು ತನ್ನ ಮನೆಗೆ ಆಹ್ವಾನಿಸಿ, ತನ್ನ ಆದರಾತಿಥ್ಯ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸುವಂತೆ ಬೇಡಿಕೊಂಡನು. ಮಾರನೇ ದಿನ ಫಕೀರನು ಸಹ ಚಾಂದ್ ಪಾಟೀಲನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಯಾಣ ಮಾಡಿ ಅವನ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ದಿನಗಳಿದ್ದನು. ಚಾಂದ್ ಪಾಟೀಲನು ತನ್ನ ಮೈದುನನ ಮದುವೆಗೆ ಹೊರಡಬೇಕಾಯಿತು. ಮದುವೆ ಶಿರಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯುವ ಹಾಗೆ ನಿಶ್ಚಿತವಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಆಗ ಫಕೀರನು ಸಹ ಮದುವೆ ಬಳಗದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಶಿರಡಿಗೆ ಬಂದನು. ಮದುವೆ ಸಾಂಗವಾಗಿ ನೆರವೇರಿತು. ಮದುವೆ ಬಳಗದವರು ಖಂಡೋಬ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನದ ಬಳಿ ಇದ್ದ ಭಗತ್ ಮ್ಹಾಳಸಾಪತಿಯವರ ಹೊಲದ ಬಳಿ ಬಂದರು. ಗಾಡಿಯಿಂದ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಒಬ್ಬೊಬ್ಬರಾಗಿ ಇಳಿಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ಅಂತೆಯೇ ಫಕೀರನು ಸಹ ಇಳಿದು ಬರುತ್ತಿರುವಾಗ ಮ್ಹಾಳಸಾಪತಿಯವರು ಆ ಫಕೀರನನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ " ಯಾ ಸಾಯಿ " ಎಂದು ಸುಸ್ವಾಗತ ನೀಡಿದರು. ಅಂದಿನಿಂದ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಆ ಫಕೀರನನ್ನು 
" ಸಾಯಿ " ಎಂದು ಕರೆಯಲಾರಂಭಿಸಿದರು. ಈ ಸಾಯಿಯೇ ಶಿರಡಿಯ ಪ್ರಖ್ಯಾತ ಶ್ರೀ ಸದ್ಗುರು  ಸಾಯಿಬಾಬಾ ".

🕉 ಶ್ರೀ ಶಿರಡಿ ಸಾಯಿಬಾಬಾ ಅವರು ಈ ಲೋಕದ ಯಾತ್ರೆಯನ್ನು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಿದ್ದು ವಿಜಯದಶಮಿಯಂದು.

🕉 ಭಾರತೀಯ ದೈವಿಕ ಭಕ್ತಿ ಹೃದಯಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಹತ್ತಿರವಾದ ಹೆಸರುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಶಿರಡಿ ಸಾಯಿಬಾಬಾ ಅವರ ಹೆಸರೂ ಪ್ರಮುಖವಾದುದು. ಗೋದಾವರಿ ತಟದ ಅಹಮದ್ ನಗರ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ, ಕೋಪರ್‌ಗಾಂವ್ ತಾಲೂಕಿನಲ್ಲಿದೆ ಶಿರಡಿ. ಗೋದಾವರಿ ನದಿ ದಾಟಿದ ತಕ್ಷಣವೇ ಮಾರ್ಗವು ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಶಿರಡಿ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಕರೆದೊಯ್ಯುತ್ತದೆ. ಎಂಟು ಮೈಲು ಸಾಗಿದರೆ ನಾವು ನೀಮ್‌ಗಾಂವ್ ತಲುಪುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಅಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಸಾಯಿಬಾಬಾ ಅವರಿಂದ ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧವಾದ ಶಿರಡಿಯ ವೈಭವವನ್ನು ಕಾಣಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ. 

🕉  ಶ್ರೀ ಸಾಯಿಬಾಬಾ ಅವರ ಜನ್ಮತಿಥಿ, ಜನ್ಮಸ್ಥಾನ ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ಹೆತ್ತವರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಯಾರಿಗೂ ತಿಳಿದಿಲ್ಲ. ಈ ಕುರಿತು ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಚರ್ಚೆಗಳು ನಡೆದಿವೆ. ಬಾಬಾರಿಂದ ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ಸಮೀಪವರ್ತಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಕುರಿತು ಕೇಳಲಾಗಿತ್ತಾದರೂ, ಯಾವುದೇ ಫಲಪ್ರದ ಉತ್ತರ ದೊರೆತಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಶ್ರೀ ಸಾಯಿಬಾಬಾ ಅವರ ಏಕೈಕ ಲಭ್ಯ ಜೀವನ ಚರಿತ್ರೆ "ಶ್ರೀ ಸಾಯಿ ಸತ್‌ಚರಿತೆ"ಯನ್ನು 1914ರಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಅನ್ನಾ ಸಾಹೇಬ್ ಧಾಬೋಲ್ಕರ್ ಎಂಬವರು ಬರಹರೂಪಕ್ಕಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಒಂದು ನಂಬಿಕೆಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, ಮಹಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರದ ಪರ್‌ಭನಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಪಾಥರಿ ಎಂಬ ಗ್ರಾಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಯಿಬಾಬಾ ಅವರ ಜನನವು 1835ರಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯಿತು.

🕉  1835ರಿಂದ 1846ರವರೆಗಿನ 12 ವರ್ಷ ಪೂರ್ತಿ ಸಾಯಿಬಾಬಾ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಮೊದಲ ಗುರು ರೋಶನ್‌ಷಾ ಫಕೀರರ ನಿವಾಸದಲ್ಲೇ ಇದ್ದರು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ತದನಂತರ 1854ರವರೆಗೆ ಬಾಬಾ ಅವರು ಬೇಂಕುಷ್ ಆಶ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದರು ಎನ್ನಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.

🕉  1858ರಿಂದ 1918ರ ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್ 15ರಂದು (ವಿಜಯದಶಮಿ ದಿನ) ದೇಹತ್ಯಾಗ ಮಾಡುವವರೆಗೂ ಬಾಬಾ ಅವರು ಶಿರಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೆಲೆನಿಂತು ತಮ್ಮ ಲೀಲೆಗಳಿಂದ ಭಗವದ್ಭಕ್ತರನ್ನು ಹರಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ದೇವರಿದ್ದಾನೆ ಎಂದು ಜನತೆಗೆ ಮನವರಿಕೆ ಮಾಡುವ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಬಾಬಾ ಅವರು ಹಲವಾರು ಪವಾಡಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದರು. ರೋಗ ಶಮನಗೊಳಿಸಿದರು. ತಮ್ಮ ಭಕ್ತರಿಗೆ ನೈತಿಕ ಆತ್ಮಬಲ ಮತ್ತು ಭೌತಿಕ ಬಲವನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಿದರು. ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಮುದಾಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಏಕತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸೌಹಾರ್ದತೆ ಮೂಡಿಸಲು ಶ್ರಮಿಸಿದರು. ದೇವರೊಬ್ಬನೇ, ನಾಮ ಹಲವು ಎಂಬುದನ್ನ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಮನವರಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಿಸಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸಿದರು. ನಿಮ್ಮದೇ ಧರ್ಮ ಅನುಸರಿಸಿ, ಸತ್ಯ ದರ್ಶನವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಬೋಧಿಸಿದರು. 

🕉  ಸಾಯಿಬಾಬಾ ಅವರ ಜೀವನಚರಿತ್ರೆ 'ಶ್ರೀ ಸಾಯಿ ಸತ್‌ಚರಿತೆ'ಯು ಕನ್ನಡವನ್ನೊಳಗೊಂಡಂತೆ ಹಲವಾರು ಭಾಷೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಅನುವಾದಗೊಂಡಿದೆ.
